1. Customer Service
All our staff are trained in customer service. We believe the customer comes first. We will do all we can to help.

2. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a no quibble guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of product of service we will happily offer a replacement.

3. Order Cancellation
The shopper also has the right to cancel within seven days of their purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel the order, the payment will be returned less cost of postage. Please email info@glengallery.com stating the order number for the transaction, items, purchased and reason for returning.

4. Customer Order Security
For added security and peace of mind your credit card details are never taken by our server and they are never stored on our server. We only ever take your details for the actual order, such as items, contact details, delivery address etc.

They are taken securely by PayPal, which means a higher level of security and peace of mind for customers who would like to order over the internet.

We think this is the surest way of ensuring the safety of your card.
